Hope you had a good Valentine's Day/weekend. The Sunday of Valentine's weekend, I had attended a "Quick Breads" class in Redmond, at the Ultimate Baker where I made the following 3 items: Irish Soda bread (I had never tried this type of bread homemade or otherwise), homemade buttermilk biscuits (I had never made homemade), and homemade blueberry cream scones (I had never made homemade). They were all VERY good and had plenty of leftovers to share with others as well. The instructor was right, I don't think I could go back to eating non-homemade biscuits or scones! :)
